Terms and conditions MULTI-ACTIVITY BUNDLE

Validity

  • The Multi-Activity bundle is valid everyday from May 15, 2026, to October 18, 2026.
  • Schedules are subject to change due to weather conditions, without notice.
  • Depending on the time of year, some activities will be opened on weekends only. Please refer directly to the activity in question.
  • The Multi-Activity bundle is date specific and valid for 10 days.

Purchase

  • Purchase a Multi-Activity bundle online, by phone at 1-866-783-5633  (toll-free) or at our multiservice centre.
  • Children 2-years-old and younger generally receive free entry to most activities, but a free ticket may be required. Please check directly at the activity for more details.

Delivery

  • If purchased in advance, you will receive an email containing your electronic tickets with QR code 24 hours prior to your arrival. If purchased the same day, you will receive an email containing your electronic tickets with QR code a few minutes after your purchase.  Please present your electronic tickets directly at the activity.
  • If needed, you can also pick-up your ticket at our multiservice centre (photo ID required).

Refund

  • Tickets can be refunded up to 72 hours prior to first planned day of use. Not refundable past this period. 

Restrictions

  • The Multi-Activity bundle is non-transferable (cannot be transferred from one person to another)
  • All activities can be repeated and each repetition accounts for one access.
  • Guests wishing to repeat an activity will need to get back in line.
  • Some activities require a participating adult with their child.
