Validity
- All tickets purchased are prepaid and date specific.
- One day of break is permitted for 3-day tickets, 4-day tickets, 5-day tickets. No break is permitted for 2-day tickets.
- Afternoon (half-day) tickets are valid after 12 p.m.
- Daily quantities are limited.
- Prices may vary.
Purchase
- To take advantage of the discounts, tickets valid Monday to Friday must be purchased at least 24 hours in advance and tickets valid Saturday and Sunday must be purchased at least 48 hours in advance, online or by phone at 1-888-738-1777.
- Afternoon tickets can be purchased online, by phone at 1-888-738-1777 or at the multiservice centre at all times. Rates do not vary.
- Toddler tickets (0-2 y.o.) must be purchased at the multiservice centre or by phone.
Delivery
- You can pick up your ticket at the multiservice centre or ticket printing kiosks the day before or day of your arrival.
- If purchased in advance, you will receive an email containing a QR code 24 hours prior to your arrival. If purchased the same day, you will receive an email containing a QR code a few minutes after your purchase. Please present this code directly at the ticket printing kiosks.
- If you purchased your ticket with onsite lodging 72 hours before your arrival, it will be delivered to your hotel.
Refund
- Can be refunded up to 72 hours prior to first planned day of use. Not refundable past this period.
Restrictions
- Non-transferable (product and discounts cannot be transferred from one person to the next).
