Ski Terms & Conditions
Validity
- Tickets purchased in advance are valid for the planned day of use, starting from the first planned day of use (date specific).
- One day of break is permitted for 3-day tickets, 4-day tickets, 5-day tickets, 6-day tickets or 7-day tickets. No break is permitted for 2-day tickets.
- Discounted advance-purchase tickets are not available at all times; some dates are excluded.
Purchase
- Must be purchased online or by phone at 1-888-738-1777.
- Toddler tickets must be purchased at multiservice centre or by phone at 1-888-738-1777.
Delivery
- You must pick up your ticket at the multiservice centre or ticket printing kiosks the before or day of your arrival.
- A QR Code will be sent to you by email 24 hours prior to the first planned day of use. You can pick up your tickets at one of our ticket printing kiosks.
- If you purchased your ticket with onsite lodging, it will be delivered to your hotel.
Refund
- Can be refunded up to 72 hours prior to first planned day of use. Not refundable past this period.
Restrictions
- Non-transferable (product and discounts cannot be transferred from one person to the next).
